The latest addition to the Cloud and Data Center Team is a strengthening of the competence power within the migration to Azure and Azure DevOps
Copenhagen, Denmark – February 1, 2022 – CTGlobal, the IT consultancy and development company focused on cloud, data center, security and enterprise client management, Microsoft Advanced Specialization partner and six times Microsoft Gold Partner, today announced that Kenneth Sølberg is joining the Cloud and Data Center Team.
CTGlobal is experiencing a continuing high and growing interest in transition to the cloud. It creates a need for migration strategies and for solutions for managing the new IT structure with automation and monitoring across cloud and hybrid environments. The collaboration tolls in Azure DevOps are fantastic, but here too there is a need for help to get the optimal benefit. Migration to the cloud requires knowledge, and most organizations seek outside assistance for a smooth process.
Kenneth Sølberg comes to CTGlobal with a strong background in both cloud and network and – what makes Kenneth even stronger – a huge personal interest in constantly following developments and knowing the latest technology in particular, Microsoft Azure.
From an early age, Kenneth Sølberg wanted to know how technologies enable IT systems to deliver functionality. Therefore, he dived into the back-end and gained a solid knowledge, which he has built on ever since.
“It is very important to me that I constantly learn new things. That’s why I often spend an evening watching YouTube videos about Azure”, he says.
The desire to dive into the systems and acquire knowledge has also been the driving force behind the seven Microsoft Azure certifications that Kenneth has passed since the end of 2020.
Early on, the City of Copenhagen spotted his talent and appointed him Technical Service Responsible, and when the municipality decided to migrate to the cloud, Kenneth was invited to build the platform with title of Cloud Architect Azure.
“At CTGlobal, I see a great challenge in helping companies and organizations migrate to the cloud. Everything old must be taken in hand, both infrastructure and applications, and built on new principles. My ambition is to help deliver solutions that fit the customer’s needs perfectly and that the customers can work on and quickly gain value from”, Kenneth Sølberg says.

“Migration to the cloud and everything that goes with it requires both being able to see the whole picture and knowledge about how the many new technologies work – and work together.
Kenneth knows both. From his job with responsibility for infrastructure in a very large organization and his contribution to making two organizations ready for the cloud, he knows the overall requirements for the transition. He is also the developer with great insight into the “engine room”.
